    Annette Bechtold

    One Digital


    As senior vice president of regulatory affairs and reform initiatives, Annette is responsible for health care reform initiatives and strategic development at OneDigital. She advises, educates and supports OneDigital’s overall corporate tactics and client support issues.  She joined OneDigital in 2005 as vice president of operations and was later promoted to senior vice president of operations and strategic development before taking on her current role.Prior to joining OneDigital, Annette held sales and operations management positions with Member Insurance Agency in Georgia, as well as John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance in Illinois. She was named “Employee Benefit Adviser of the Year” by Employee Benefit Adviser magazine in 2010. She’s a certified insurance counselor (CIC) and a Chartered Healthcare Consultant (ChHC). Annette  is the immediate past president of the Atlanta Association of Health Underwriters (AAHU), president-elect of the Georgia Association of Health Underwriters (GAHU), and vice chair of the legislative council for the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU)

    Daniel "Trey" Tompkins

    Admin America

    Trey Tompkins serves as President of Admin America.  Prior to his current position, Trey served as the in-house legal counsel for Admin America beginning in 1996.  Admin America is based in Alpharetta, Georgia and is an independent administrator of Section 125 Flexible Benefit Plans, Section 105 Health Reimbursement Arrangements and COBRA services for small to medium sized employers.  In addition to managing Admin America’s 13 full time benefit professionals, Trey’s area of expertise is providing plan design consulting services for clients and their benefits advisors. Trey is a native of Atlanta, a graduate of Vanderbilt University and the University of Georgia School of Law.  Prior to joining Admin America, he worked for two years in private legal practice in metropolitan Atlanta.       


    Gene Fidell

    Adams Keegan

    Gene joined the company in June of 1999 and serves as Regional President for the company's Atlanta region, which he established in August of 1999. With nearly twenty years of PEO experience, he has served in a variety of management positions including operations, marketing, sales, worker's compensation underwriting and risk management. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Georgia Association of Professional Employer Organizations (GAPEO). Prior to joining Adams Keegan, Gene worked for Vincam Human Resources, Inc. where he received the President’s Club and Outstanding Achievement Awards for sales and leadership excellence. He also brings over 20 years of domestic and international property/casualty experience to the company through marketing and underwriting management positions with AIG, Fireman's Fund and CIGNA. Gene attended Widener University in Chester, PA.


         Trey Wise

           Admin America


    A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Trey Wise joined Admin America in 2012 as the sales manager following an 8 year career in community banking. Trey leads Admin America’s sales and marketing efforts in the Southeast through building relationships with brokers and agents. In addition to his sales and marketing responsibilities, Trey also performs presentations on Admin America’s different products to clients and their benefit advisors. His areas of focus include Flexible Spending accounts, Health Reimbursement accounts, Health Savings accounts, COBRA services, SPD Wrap documents and Form 5500’s.

         Lance Ledbetter

      AMG Benefit Group

    Lance Ledbetter represents AMG Benefit Group who partners with agent, broker, & consultants in providing ‘Financial Wellness’ solutions to employer groups. He is passionate about supporting educational programs that further group employee’s financial well-being. Lance previously served as GAHU president and is current AAHU Membership Chair with objective to amplify knowledge that NAHU/AAHU serving as the agent/broker’s advocate supporting the future viability of the private health insurance sector .



       Michael Wahlstrom

        Tokio Marine HCC –          Stop Loss Group

     As Senior Vice President at Tokio Marine HCC - Stop Loss Group, Michael is responsible for the sales production and underwriting results for the 12 state Southeast Region.  His team processes over 6500 RFPs annually and has over 1000 stop loss cases in-force, equating to $305m in stop loss premiums.  Prior to joining TMHCC in early 2016, he held underwriting management positions at BlueCross BlueShield of Georgia and Coventry Health Care.  A proven leader with a diverse business and underwriting background, his prior management responsibilities included fully insured, ASO, stop-loss, and alternate funding portfolios as well as multiple Affordable Care Act initiatives.  Mr. Wahlstrom holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics and an MBA from Chadron State College in Nebraska.
